When you connect a third-party platform:

  • you authorize Yhaps to act on your instructions within the permissions you grant;

  • you remain responsible for complying with the third party’s terms, community rules, and developer policies;

  • Yhaps is not responsible for outages, API limitations, account restrictions, revoked permissions, or policy enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms;

  • access to certain features may depend on continued third-party availability and approval.

8. User Content

You may submit, upload, connect, or publish content through the services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Yhaps a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to host, store, process, transmit, format, display, reproduce, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the requested services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content;

  • your User Content and its use through our services do not violate law or third-party rights;

  • your use of connected accounts and APIs is properly authorized.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Yhaps services, including software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and original content created by Yhaps, are owned by Yhaps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly allowed, these Terms do not grant you any right to use Yhaps trademarks, branding, source code, or proprietary materials.

10. Fees and Payments

Some services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment. Where fees apply:

  • you agree to pay all charges presented at checkout or under the applicable order;

  • recurring subscriptions renew until canceled, unless stated otherwise;

  • fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated;

11. Beta Features

Your use of the services is also governed by the Yhaps Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

13. Service Availability

We aim to keep services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, bugs, capacity limits, or third-party platform issues.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Yhaps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the services will always be available, secure, or error-free;

  • results will be accurate or suitable for every purpose;

  • third-party integrations will remain available or unchanged.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yhaps and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising out of or related to the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yhaps’s total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount paid by you to Yhaps for the applicable service during the twelve months preceding the claim; or

  • USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yhaps and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  • your use of the services;

  • your User Content;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights;

  • your misuse of third-party platform integrations.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the services if:

  • you violate these Terms;

  • your use creates legal, operational, or security risk;

  • required by law or third-party provider obligations;

  • your connected platform access is revoked or restricted.

You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
